From design, we start off our design phase with a site visit. Our team visits sites to better understand the work required, assess the conditions, and collect quality information to create a feasibility study that presents different options to our clients and architects at early stages. Our architect will create the architectural drawings according to the client’s needs while abiding by building codes and regulations. Once approved, a structural engineer will produce the structural drawings and calculations. The architectural and structural drawings are then sent to the quantity surveyor and county authority for approval. This helps ensure a successful project by optimizing cost, saving time, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Fingerprint capital has a department of Quantity Surveyors who provide a fullsystem of budget estimating and cost planning in order to control expenditure,ensure that the client receives better value-for-money in both design & construction,and that the project cost is kept within the agreed budget. Bills of QuantitiesWe prepare accurate and detailedBills of Quantities for all projects.We use latest Quantity Surveying &Estimating software which providesa fully integrated approach to thepreparation and use of documentationfor the procurement and control ofconstruction projects and also allowsus to produce Bills of Quantities anddetailed Estimates for activities in the projects
